This policy covers this website only. Data we handle inside client engagements is governed by our contracts with those clients and, where protected health information is involved, by business associate agreements. Nothing from a client engagement flows through this website.

- What you share with us. When you submit the contact form, we receive your name, work email, the systems you tell us you run, and your message.
- What is collected automatically. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) used for security and operations, and sets a small number of technical cookies needed to serve the site.
- What we do not collect. We do not run third-party analytics or advertising trackers, and we do not sell personal information. If that changes, this policy will change first.

Who processes it
The website runs on Wix, which hosts the site and receives contact-form submissions on our behalf. Page assets (fonts and scripts) are served by Google Fonts and a content delivery network, which see standard request data such as your IP address in order to deliver those files. These providers process data on our instructions.
When we share it
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with the service providers above, when required by law or legal process, or as part of a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition.
How long we keep it
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, or as required by law.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may opt out of marketing communications at any time, by emailing info@L2Insights.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable law.
Children
This website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
